Mark Wood
As Lifeline Technologies CEO, Mark has over 30 years of leadership experience, with 24 of those being in EdTech. He has successfully managed teams in product development, operations, direct sales, sales channels, customer support, and marketing. Mark’s leadership team provides high-tech safety and security solutions to school districts, universities, hospitals, rail systems, and municipalities to help protect human and physical assets.
Mark graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a United States Air Force Veteran, a current Reach & Rise Mentor with the YMCA, and a former school board member. He and his wife live in Maryland where they love spending time with family, traveling, and anything outdoors.

Kim Warner
Kim Warner, Chief Revenue Officer at Lifeline Technologies, oversees revenue-generating activities including marketing, sales, implementation, support, and customer experience.
Starting her career as a teacher in New Jersey after graduating from Rowan University, Kim transitioned to EdTech in 2010 as an Account Executive for Teachscape, later serving as Senior Regional Director at Achieve3000 and Regional VP of Customer Success at McGraw Hill. Kim is dedicated to building relationships rooted in trust and collaboration. With a proven track record of leading teams and exceeding revenue goals, she also focuses on supporting equity, acceleration, and access for all learners, striving to ensure educational excellence and a brighter future. Kim resides in New Jersey with her family. She loves to read, spend time with her husband and friends, exercise, and spend time on the beach.

Nikki Bailey
Leading business development at Lifeline Technologies, Nikki is passionate about helping organizations create safer environments through tailored security solutions. Drawing on a decade-long career in public education, where she supported students, teachers, families, and communities, Nikki brings a unique perspective to understanding the needs of those she serves.
Her background in education allows her to approach security challenges with empathy and a deep understanding of how to protect and empower individuals. Nikki is committed to offering solutions that make a meaningful difference in ensuring safety and peace of mind. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University and her master’s at the University of West Florida. She resides in Florida with her family and is an avid reader. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

David Harrison
David Harrison is the Director of System Design and Operations. He oversees the products and technology offered by Lifeline Technologies as well as the design and implementation of said systems. David is 3rd Generation in the security industry. He mastered the traditional methods of the industry and played a role in the transition to IP-based technologies. David has held every position in operations and has a proven leadership record in building departments from the ground up in multiple organizations. To date, David has been trained in over 60 different products. He is also a member of the fire department, where he has been serving for nearly seven years. David offers a unique and holistic perspective by viewing security threats through the lenses of a parent, first responder, and technology provider. David lives in Maryland with his family and outside of work he likes to volunteer at the firehouse, run EMS calls, and enjoy the outdoors with his kids.

Zac Isbell
As a seasoned Director of Security Operations with 14 years of experience, Zac brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect organizations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led security operations teams, conducted thorough risk assessments, and implemented effective security measures to safeguard sensitive information and assets. His proven track record demonstrates his ability to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Zac is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance the security posture of the organization and mitigate risks effectively. Zac resides in Alabama. Outside of work, he is passionate about coaching his kids’ sports teams and spending time outdoors.

Kaitlyn Mercado
Kaitlyn has been an employee at the company since 2015. She started as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2017. In 2024, she advanced to the leadership team as Controller. She is responsible for the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and payroll. Kaitlyn received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hofstra University in 2011. She lives on Long Island with her husband and three children and enjoys playing soccer in an adult women's league.
